Benjah Miller holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching Education & Pedagogy and has delivered thousands of golf lessons over more than a decade — including as former Director of a university golf and tennis sports complex, where facility operations, staffing, and programming were part of the daily job.
That combination — a Master’s in Coaching Education plus real facility experience — is uncommon, and it’s what a club needs in a lead instructor: someone who can teach every member, train other staff, and understand how the whole operation fits together.
