Experience

Benjah Miller has spent more than a decade coaching golfers of every level, delivering thousands of lessons across golf courses, practice facilities, and high-end simulator studios. His clients have ranged from first-time golfers to competitive players seeking measurable performance gains, all with one goal: helping each golfer build a swing they can trust under pressure.

Beyond coaching, Benjah served as Director of a university golf and tennis sports complex, where he oversaw facility operations, programming, staff leadership, and player development. This combination of coaching and operational leadership provides a broader understanding of how successful golf programs are built—from individual instruction to long-term player engagement.

Education

Benjah holds a Master’s Degree in Coaching Education & Pedagogy, specializing in motor learning, skill acquisition, and athlete development. Rather than relying on quick fixes or endless swing positions, his coaching is grounded in how people actually learn complex movement patterns and transfer those skills to the golf course.

Teaching Philosophy

Every golfer moves differently. Instead of forcing players into a single model, Benjah combines biomechanics, movement screening, and somatic awareness to understand how each golfer naturally produces speed, balance, and consistency. By improving body awareness alongside swing mechanics, players develop movements that feel intuitive rather than manufactured.

Technology, video analysis, and launch data are valuable tools, but they support the coaching process—they don’t replace it. Every lesson is designed to help golfers understand what they’re doing, why it works, and how to repeat it with confidence.

The objective is simple: build a swing that is efficient, repeatable, and uniquely suited to the golfer, creating improvement that lasts well beyond the lesson tee.

Based in Nairobi

Nairobi, Kenya is home base for this next chapter. Benjah isn’t chasing short-term teaching contracts — the interest is in the right long-term partnership with a club, resort, or private facility ready to invest seriously in its golf offering, not a single season.
